Malcolm is a wonderful 6 year old. He did a great job ‘posing’ on the playground near his home. Since there was hardly any snow in January, it was easy to make it look like an early Spring day - although there is more snow this Spring than all winter total!

I completed a course on Flash Photography through Metro Continuing Education. The instructor was Beau Loeffler. I found him to be informative, inspirational, and interesting - all qualities of a great teacher. I picked up on a few tips for using the flash more effectively.

I just returned from the final class about the new Photoshop. It is a very powerful program. I am excited about some of the new things I learned. I am literally a “Lifelong Learner” - always taking courses, reading books, and doing research online. It keeps me updated and expands my horizons.

I attended an inpirational session with Daryl Benson at my camera club last night. I incorporated a few styles into my latest “Photo Friday” web challenge. The theme is “red”. Holly kindly gave me a basket of delicious red raspberries - my daughter made wonderul pinkie rings out of them!
