After a fun session in the studio, we ventured to a nearby park for some adventures with the beautiful Autumn leaves and sticks. They found a few trees to climb as well. It was neat to see how much ‘K’ and “D’ have grown since last time we did photos together.

Family, dogs, tractor rides, and a pumpkin field at Grandpa and Grandma’s farm all made for an eventful afternoon for the Birthday boy. I enjoyed visiting with the extended family again. This is truly a beautiful piece of property… and of course, a beautiful family!

I was editing a wonderful families’ photos tonight and came across this particular image. It struck me as quite a simplistic symbol of parenting …… the parents, working together as a team (partially obscured = parents behind the scenes), supporting their child. I like how the child’s hand resembles a gingerbread type figure.

The family visiting from Denmark joined in the session. I enjoyed hearing the childhood songs that were sung. These girls have grown so much since the last time I had the privilege to photograph them. I hope the remainder of the visit bring many adventures & joys!
